Endeavor

Endeavor works to stimualte long-tern economic growth by selecting and mentoring "high-impact" entrepreneurs in emerging markets. Endeavor screens thousands of entrepreneurs each year through a multi-step selection process. Thsoe candidates selected throughout the year recieve an opportunity to present their ideas at the Endeavor International Selection Panel.

Wayra

Wayra is a Telefonica Digital initiative that focuses talent in Latin America and Europe and encouraging innovation. Wayra's global acceleration model provides entrepreneurs with the necessary resources to spur innovation and accelerate growth. Global DemoDay 2012 will bring together the best entrepreneurial talent that is accelerating on behalf of Wayra's support. This will take place on The LAB Miami, 400 NW 26 St.

AVCC

The AVCC is a summit that brings together international innovators and global venture capitalists to develop global innovative firms. The AVCC gives entreprenuers the opportunity to showcase their projects, as well as meet firms and potential investors. the conference will be broken down into three main themes: data, design, and dollars. AVCC will take place at JW Marriott, 1109 Brickell Ave.

Incubate Miami

Incubate Miami is a support system for startup entrepreneurs that wokrs to foster the global economy by promoting innovation and devleoping technology-based communities. Those entrepreneurs who particpated in Incubate Miami's Technology Accelerator Program will annouce the official launch of their business at 2012 Demo Day. This will take place at Grand Central, 697 N. Miami Ave.

TekFight

TekFight is a movement tha connects diverse individuals to advance an entreprenuerial ecosystem and promote innovation by focusing on the "Dojo" philosophy. The TekFight Tournament is a conference for entrepreneurs, coders, and professionals that will focus on policy, funding, and innovation leaders. This will take place at MDC Wolfson Campus, 300 NE 2nd Ave.

HackDay

The HackDay Foundation, is a non-profit organization focused on organizing a series of International hackathons to promote startup development in select cities around the globe. The next HackDay will take place again in Miami and will include a Grand Prize of $50k, which will be provided by The Knight Foundation and Tres Mares Group. This makes HackDay Miami essentially the x-prize of hackathons. This will take place at The LAB Miami, 400 NW 26th St.
